Have you
ever tried to cook in class? Why not? This is a very nice activity to be done
with your students of 5th Primary.
First of
all watch the video I have uploaded to have an example of how to make this
activity.
After
watching the video, give them the vocabulary they need: food, utensils and
verbs we use for cooking. Then in pair or groups they write the recipe.
When
everything is checked and it’s ok you can prepare your camera and record your
students.
The results
are really amazing. They have fun, learn the vocabulary and the most important
of all, they SPEAK IN ENGLISH!
